Project Vision

We plan to build an institutional quality multifamily project with retail on the street level facing Garvey avenue. The project will be well designed by highly awarded architects featuring modern amenities. We want everyone living in Rosemead Villa to enjoy their life in the community with plenty of activities and healthy lifestyle. The project will achieve LEED and/or WELL certification.
